By creating an account or using ZONO, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

ZONO is a community platform that allows registered users to post content, interact with other users, play games and take part in their community.

The service is available as an installable Progressive Web App (PWA) on any device, without needing an App Store.

The platform includes a news bot that aggregates articles from public RSS feeds and presents them in the feed with a clear indication of the original source. The bot does not create its own editorial content.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity carried out on your account. Sharing accounts with third parties is not permitted.

Creating multiple or fake accounts is prohibited.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, free and transferable licence to display, store and moderate that content on the platform.

Do not post illegal, offensive, discriminatory content, or content that violates third-party rights (including copyright).

All content — including photos — is subject to moderation. We may remove or hide content that violates community rules or for operational reasons, without prior notice.

The platform includes 1v1 games (draughts, connect four, battleship, chess) with an optional points betting system, solo games (word puzzle, memory, trivia and hangman) and multiplayer games (Poker and Monopoly). All modes include ambient music and sound effects, which can be muted by the user.

The use of bots, scripts or any form of automation in games is prohibited. Violations result in suspension from the game system or account ban.

In 1v1 games, the room creator must set a mandatory bet of 6 to 20 points (multiples of 2). The winner earns exactly the wagered points; a draw splits the bet equally (+half to each player); either player can propose a draw during the match and the opponent can accept or decline; quitting forfeits 100% of the bet while the opponent earns 50%. Navigating away from the room without clicking "Quit" is treated as a forfeit. In 1v1 games, failing to play your turn within 2 minutes results in automatic removal from the room (counted as a forfeit) — a countdown warning is shown in the last 30 seconds. The PREMIUM multiplier does not apply to game bets. In Poker, you enter with all your Ranking Points as chips (minimum 50 pts); at the end, chips convert back to points at a ratio of 1 chip = 1 point. In Monopoly, entry costs 150 pts; quitting incurs a penalty of 10 chips per active opponent (or all available chips if insufficient), split equally among the remaining players; when exactly 2 active players remain, either can propose a draw. Repeated inactivity (3 consecutive times) results in automatic removal from the room.

The PREMIUM service is a paid subscription with additional benefits. Prices are those shown on the PREMIUM page at the time of subscription.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. The Annual plan (€90) is a one-time payment and does not auto-renew. You can cancel at any time — PREMIUM access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Paid PREMIUM overrides merit PREMIUM. Remaining merit days are lost when activating the paid plan — they do not add up or get refunded.

There are no refunds for partial periods, except as provided by Portuguese consumer protection legislation (Decree-Law no. 24/2014).

The bot aggregates news from public RSS feeds and presents them in the feed with a link to the original article.

We are not responsible for the accuracy or content of aggregated articles. The news belongs to the respective media outlets.

The points system is an internal platform feature with no monetary value. Points may be adjusted or discontinued without prior notice.

Deleting a post or reply removes the points earned from that post.

We may suspend (3, 7 or 30 days) or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms or community rules.

Suspensions can be appealed through the app. Bans can be contested by email to suporte@appzono.com within 15 days of notification.

Automatic moderation rules: 3 reports on the same post → 3-day suspension; 5 reports in 7 days → 7-day suspension; post with serious threat → 24h suspension.

The platform organises content into 6 categories: Free Post, News, Sport, Politics, Gym & Fitness and Festivals & Events.

All categories follow the same publication and moderation rules.

We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable prior notice.

We reserve the right to change these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

We are not responsible for content posted by users.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Portugal.
