Account data: name, username, email, date of birth, community (location).

Created content: posts, replies, reactions, uploaded photos.

Usage data: access logs, device, IP address, game participation history (results, bets and points transactions). Sound preferences are stored locally on the device and are not transmitted to our servers.

Payment data: processed by Stripe — we do not store card data.

We use your data to: provide the service (legal basis: performance of contract), moderate content and ensure platform security (legal basis: legitimate interest), send community notifications (legal basis: legitimate interest) and process PREMIUM payments (legal basis: performance of contract).

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure, with servers in the West EU region (Ireland), within the European Union, in compliance with GDPR.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies. Internal usage analytics are carried out in an aggregated and anonymous way, without individual identification.

Data is retained while the account is active. After a deletion request, data is deleted within 72 hours, except data required to be retained by law — namely financial transaction records, subject to a minimum 5-year retention obligation under Portuguese tax law.

The service is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 16.

The platform uses automated moderation systems. Certain actions may be applied automatically based on predefined criteria (e.g. automatic suspension for multiple reports on the same post). In all cases you may contest the decision through the app or by email to privacidade@appzono.com.
